PAYMENT METHOD

All payments should indicate which fee the payment corresponds to as well as the name and birth-date of the student.

Payment can be processed as follows:

1) direct bank transfer (wire) by including the following information:

To be sure that the payment has been correctly processed, the student must send a fax to: (+39) 011 965 3849 with a copy of the payment form and the following information:
 
1. Last name
2. First name
3. Birth-date
4. Description of fee paid (i.e. enrollment fee, deposit fee, etc.)
5. Total sum paid
 
Students are asked to make any arrangements with their bank for payments of fees and tuition before they arrive in Torino. Please be aware that the total processing time for a bank transfer can take up to 4 weeks.

Payments must be made on time in order to ensure that they arrive before the payment deadlines (please note that every bank transaction can take up to two weeks to process.)  

Note: tuition and housing deposits are applied toward final tuition and housing fees and are 50% refundable up to the date of the final payment deadline.




PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS

SJIU must know who is liable for making fee-payments. If this person is NOT the student, the person responsible must write a letter that confirms acceptance of the payment obligations. More than one fee-payer is acceptable, but the fee-payers must make it clear which element of the tuition and fees they are individually responsible for.
The fee-payer must inform SJIU about a change in address or an absence from an address.

The fee-payer is also liable for the full amount of the housing fee. In the case of a late payment, a late fee will applied and the student’s registration may be dropped, and an additional fee for the new registration will be assessed.
