St. John International University (SJIU) is a new American free-standing university in Vinovo-Torino (Turin), Italy. SJIU offers study abroad, undergraduate and graduate degree programs in the areas of art history, business administration, environmental architecture, environmental studies and film studies. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION TO MBA AND M.A. (MIAA) PROGRAMS 

Students must meet the following criteria:

  1. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized institution. For students who do not hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration pre course must be completed.
  2. A GPA of 3.0 or the equivalent
  3. Evidence of adequate knowledge to sustain a graduate course
  4. For non-native English speaking students, students must demonstrate a proficiency in the English language by providing the official results of the TOEFL score taken within two years of admission. This can be done by providing results of one of the following:
    • Computerized TOEFL - minimum score 173
    • Paper-based TOEFL - minimum 600
    • Internet TOEFL - minimum score 61
    • TOEIC (Test of English of International Communication) - minimum 600
    • IELTS (International English Language Testing System) - minimum Band 5
    • University of Michigan English Proficiency Exam
    • Cambridge ESOL Exams - at least an FC

The SJIU TOEFL code number is: 3673. Please use this code number when indicating St. John International University as a score recipient. The scores of your TOEFL test will be sent to us directly from the Educational Testing Service.

 St. John International University offers an internal English Proficiency exam which may be taken by students in place of the standardized ones.
