INTRODUCTION TO STUDENT SERVICES

SJIU is proud to underline that the university staff has the students' safety and well-being as its own top priority at all times. With this intent SJIU guarantees students many different services to help them in their daily life.

ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES

SJIU will identify, establish and publish the following quality factors for the University’s administrative services in order to facilitate and speed all the interactions between students and the University staff:

• respect for procedures
• transparency
• computerization of services
• flexibility of office hours

SJIU will ensure that information is posted in visible spaces easily accessible by student, faculty, and staff; specifically, the following:

• hours of operations for all offices
• office organizational chart
• staff organizational chart
• University staff list

SJIU will furthermore make the following spaces available:

• student notice board
• faculty notice board

In the University offices, staff members are available to provide information and assist students in administrative procedures which they may need.
